My name is Amy, and I am the woman behind Mimi's Stitches.

I have a wonderful husband, who hasnt went crazy yet with all the yarn everywhere.  We have an adorable 10 year old son who keeps us super busy.   I work full time as a Physical Therapy Tech and absolutely love it! 

 

Alot of my inspiration comes from my nieces and nephews. Thats also where I got my nickname of Mimi.   I feel blessed to be able to create cute hats for kiddos to wear.   Everytime I recieve a picture of a child wearing a hat I made, I smile! 

 

Mimi's Stitches started when one of my very best friends wanted a hat.   Trisha at Shutter Full of Dreams Photography called and needed a cute winter hat for photo shoots.   I made her up a few, she used one and the rest is history!
