Mimi's Usage Terms
Orders and Payments -
Currently we only accept orders online. You are always welcome to email me at info@mimisstitches.com to discuss your order.
Payments are accepted though PayPal. Keep in mind that you can pay with credit, debit, e-check or paypal funds.
No orders will be shipped until payment has been cleared. E-checks will take 5-7 days to clear so please keep that in mind.
Custom Orders -
I welcome custom orders at any time. If you dont see a color that is not in my color list, please feel free to email me. You may also email me a picture if you are trying to match a certain item. I do my best to work with each customer!
Not all ribbon is available at all times. If you order a hat and I do not have the ribbon that is shown, I will email you with that info, and ask if a substitute is ok. I strive to make sure that each and every customer is happy with their purchase!
Delivery -
I do use USPS to make all my shipments. Please remember that my turn around time is the time it takes me to actually make your order. This does NOT include shipping time. First Class mail can take up to 7 days and Priority can take up to 5 days.
Exchanges or Returns -
At this time, no exhanges or returns are given. I try to give detailed information on my products. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me (info@mimisstitches.com) before ordering.
